Louie's Barbershop, Castro Street, San Francisco:
There's something about a barbershop window that's always been able to capture my attention. The image conjures up thoughts of crew cuts, straight razors and middle-age men who know a thing or two about who will win the Pennant this year. Barbershops seem like one of the few relics that have been able to survive over the decades, holding position among the Gaps, Old Navies and Urban Outfitters that try emluate the vintage era authenticity that the barbershop is grown from.
